What I made today...

 
My hubby brought zucchini flowers home yesterday
fresh from his mums house...

 
I made a light batter:
organic eggs from mum in law
sr flour
parmesan cheese
and water to thin it out...

 
Cooking on one side, all bubbly and tanning
quite nicely thank you...

 
Turned over...

 
All done!
Crispy and brown, sprinkle of salt and ready to eat...
