The itinerary for the 2015 Scrapbooking Under the Tuscan Sun retreat
is coming together nicely!

This is the costing for the trip, and details that are available at the moment.
A lot of the gaps regarding exact day to day details etc will be sent to you as soon as they become available.


***Dates of tours***

The costing for the trip, which will be 13 nights in total is $4460.00AUD.

This includes:
*accommodation in centrally located, superior hotels
*scrapbooking classes as stated in the itinerary (tba)
*kits supplied for each class
*meals as stated in the itinerary (tba)
  meals organised at the time of this list include breakfast each day, and 5 other meals  (*subject to change)
*guides and tours as stated in the itinerary (tba)
*all city taxes (normally paid at hotel at time of check out)

Not included:
*travel costs to and from Rome meeting point (hotel tba)
*ex Florence travel arrangements
*optional activities, other than those specified in itinerary
*some meals
*travel insurance

A deposit of $500.00 will be required to book your place on the trip.
The places available are limited to 15.
The deposit will assure that you are booked on this trip, as it is on a first come first served basis.

**This initial deposit is non-refundable as I will be needing to place deposits on the accommodation soon.
Since some of the towns we are visiting are not large cities and hotel accommodation is limited, they require booking confirmation and payment asap.

Payment
You can either do a bank transfer or credit card payment for the deposit.

Classes will be taught by Angella Peardon!

She was the teacher on my Vietnam/Cambodia trip this year, and after working with her,

I decided that she had to be the one teaching in Tuscany.
She is an amazingly giving person, lotsa laughs, a power house of enthusiasm and ideas.
A pleasure to have around...

**Also for those interested but not scrapbookers,

I will have a discount of the trip for you.
So, if scrapbookers have partners or friends who are interested in coming but not wanting
to join in classes, not a prob at all.
You/they will still have all the tours and eating to join in with, but will have free time
when the scrap classes are on!
