That's unusual...

Picked up some unusual ingredients today.
A humungous pomelo and two beautifully coloured dragon fruit.
I enjoyed the taste of these in Vietnam, so when I can find them here, I am very happy...

Pea eggplant and kaffir lime leaves.
Not sure what I will be doing with both of these yet, but will keep you posted...

Long Lebanese eggplant cooked tonight in some tomato/garlic/onion into a type of risotto.
Delish...
