Slice up a heap of fresh, delish mushies. I like them not too thin. Add lots of chopped parsley & mint & basil. Which ever herbs work for you. Add a squished lemon or two, depending on how zingy you like it. Add a good glug or four of virgin oil. S & P. Mix well, leave to brew for a little bit, and then eat. Delish and ohhhhhh so healthy for your bod! |
