What I made today...

 
Now I like a bit 'o crumpet every now and then,
but I decided to make my own and see what the difference is!
 
Wizzed all the ingredients in the processor...

 
After sitting for about 20 minutes, glugged some of it into silicone egg rings...
 

 
Ta da!

 
The verdict?
Slightly heavier, but totes delish!
Worth making, so may do double quantity and freeze next batch...
