The food...

Hint:
If you are cooking a casserole and it's not as thick as you would like,
add a handful of red lentils.
As they cook, not only do they thicken the dish, but they practically disappear
so if you have fussy kids, they won't see the extra good protein in the food.
Voila!


Abundance of apples.
What to do?
Chop and lightly poach them in a little water.
No need for sugar as they are plenty sweet enough...

Home made vanilla flavoured custard.
Bloody amaaaazzzzing!
