The food...

I made polenta.
Takes a little time, but so worth it.
It looks like lava, and it feels like it if it lands on you while madly bubbling away.
I left it plain this time, but sometimes I add pesto or parmigiano cheese.
Pour into a container, let it cool, then turn out, cut into pieces, place onto
lined tray, little virgin oil and sprinkle parmigiano over it.
Bake in oven until a little brown and all yummy...
Bruschetta with different varieties of toppings.
So delish...
