Omaha dining...

On our last night in Omaha, the relatives took us for dinner to a lovely restaurant
called J. Coco.
Fab food was enjoyed by all...

I took a photo of the cocktail ingredients so that I could remember what was in it.

Hubby had the much recommended spare ribs, which apparently were falling off the bone and flavorsome.
I sometimes prefer to try various small plates, rather than one main plate.
I chose an absolutely amazing plate of shaved brussel sprouts in a sauce,
gourmet "mac and cheese" which was made with 4 different cheeses,
and a southern dish of collard greens which was served with a slice of cornmeal bread.
