Maggie Beer's Porcini Mushroom and

Maggie Beer is an amazing chef/cook, who is held in high regard in Australia.
She is able to present recipes that may seem complicated at times, but yet make
them down to earth with her lovely, friendly persona.
She seems to be the kind of person that would welcome you into her home,
put the kettle on, and serve you some warm scones, tweaked with her unique style.
