We visited this little workshop where they make spring roll wrappers.
The women/girls there work in very hot conditions.
They very generously allowed me to take photos
of them at work.
Out in the sun to dry out...
The still wet wrappers are placed onto fine mesh baskets which have hot coals underneath to dry them out.
This lady was amazingly quick at making the wrappers.
Pouring on the batter, lid on, flipping the done one and putting it onto a rack.
Onto more of them in a continuous work pattern.
